Shares of JSW Infrastructure, Bharat Electronics, Vodafone Idea and Info Edge are likely to be in focus on Tuesday after a series of fresh corporate announcements, including fundraising, order wins and investor updates. The developments came after Monday’s market close and are expected to shape trading sentiment in the counter.

JSW Infrastructure launched a major fundraising exercise through a fresh qualified institutional placement, or QIP, of up to 23 crore equity shares. The issue opened on June 22, with a floor price fixed at Rs 290.35 per share, while the Sajjan Jindal Family Trust will also carry out a secondary sale of up to 3.3 crore shares through an offer for sale. The company is using the move to support upcoming port infrastructure concessions and strengthen its balance sheet.

Bharat Electronics reported additional orders worth Rs 1,081 crore since May 25, adding to its strong order pipeline in the defence and electronics space. The fresh contracts cover radar systems, communication equipment, weapon systems integration and related services, underlining continued demand from state-backed and strategic defence programmes.

Vodafone Idea also drew attention after its board approved the allotment of 430 crore warrants worth Rs 1,182 crore to Suryaja Investments at Rs 11 per warrant. The funding structure is expected to improve the telecom operator’s capital position as it looks to support operations and future network expansion, including its 5G rollout plans.

Info Edge disclosed that it has invested Rs 1,003 crore across 54 deep-tech and artificial intelligence startups since 2020, reaffirming its long-term focus on innovation-led investing. The company said it has deployed Rs 4,900 crore across 135 multi-sector startups overall, with a preference for Indian-domiciled businesses led by native founders.

Other companies in the spotlight include GHV Infra, which secured a Rs 213 crore sub-contract for engineering and composite works at a railway coaching complex in West Bengal, and Electronics Mart India, which began commercial operations at a new multi-brand retail store in Telangana. Transrail Lighting also came into view after its deputy managing director resigned effective July 31.

Today, Tuesday’s trade is likely to reflect a mix of fundraising-related moves, order inflows and strategic investment disclosures. For market participants, the key watchpoints will be whether these announcements translate into immediate price action and whether investor appetite remains strong in capital-raising stories.
