Indian equity markets are set to take cues from a mix of corporate announcements, bulk deals and strategic developments as several key stocks come under the spotlight on June 11. From major block deals to fresh order wins and capital-raising plans, these developments are expected to drive trading activity across segments.
Lenskart Solutions – Block Deal in Focus
Eyewear retailer Lenskart Solutions is expected to be one of the most closely watched names today. Reports indicate that Platinum Jasmine, an investment vehicle backed by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), is likely to sell a 2.3 per cent stake in the company.
The proposed block deal is pegged at a floor price of ₹486 per share, with an estimated value of around ₹1,944 crore. As of March 2026, Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust held a 12.08 per cent stake in Lenskart, making this one of the larger institutional exits in the unlisted/pre-IPO phase.
This development comes as Lenskart continues to strengthen its position in the Indian eyewear market and prepare for an eventual public listing. The move is expected to attract significant investor attention and may influence sentiment around consumer discretionary and retail-focused stocks.
Vascon Engineers – ₹347 Crore Order Win
Engineering and construction firm Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹347.43 crore from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Guwahati. The contract is for the demolition and redevelopment of RBI quarters at the Zoo-Narengi Road Colony in Guwahati, Assam.
The project has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, adding to the company’s order book and reinforcing its presence in the infrastructure and construction space. Such contracts are seen as a positive indicator for revenue visibility and execution pipeline for engineering firms.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises – Capital Raise Boost
Zee Entertainment Enterprises announced that its board has approved raising capital of at least ₹2,300 crore in one or more tranches to fund strategic and business initiatives. The move is being viewed as a strategic step to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and support long-term growth plans amid a competitive media landscape.
The capital infusion is expected to assist Zee in expanding its content portfolio, investing in digital platforms, and executing consolidation strategies in the entertainment and media sector.
Meesho – Major Bulk Deal Activity
E-commerce startup Meesho saw significant bulk deal activity, with two investment vehicles of Fidelity Investments selling a combined 1.31 per cent stake. FID FDI 2117 LLC offloaded 2.59 crore shares for ₹428.21 crore, while FID FDI 312 LLC sold 3.38 crore shares for ₹559.93 crore, both at around ₹165 per share.
