Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has once again become the center of online conversations, this time after an unexpected interaction with Hollywood actor Tom Hiddleston at the Wimbledon 2026 men’s singles final. The brief exchange between the two stars has quickly gone viral, with social media users flooding the internet with memes, Marvel references, and humorous reactions.
The Wimbledon final, held in London, attracted several international celebrities, but it was Urvashi’s meeting with the actor best known for portraying Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that stole the spotlight. In a video shared on her Instagram account, Urvashi, dressed in a vibrant yellow outfit, is seen walking alongside Tom Hiddleston while holding a tennis ball. The pair exchange smiles, enjoy a brief conversation, shake hands, and then continue on their way.
Sharing the video, Urvashi described it as a “beautiful afternoon shared with Tom Hiddleston” while also congratulating Jannik Sinner on his victory over Alexander Zverev in the Wimbledon final.
Although the interaction lasted only a few moments, it was enough to send the internet into overdrive. Fans were quick to compare the encounter to a Marvel crossover, joking that Loki had accidentally entered Urvashi Rautela’s universe. Since Hiddleston’s character is closely associated with timelines, alternate realities, and the multiverse, social media users had no shortage of creative jokes.
Comments ranged from “Loki forgot to remove her from the timeline” to “This is the real Multiverse of Madness.” Others humorously claimed that Urvashi had become the “first woman to meet Loki while holding a tennis ball,” turning the moment into one of the day’s biggest meme trends.
The viral reactions also referenced Urvashi’s history of sharing photos and videos with globally renowned celebrities. Over the years, she has posted moments featuring several international personalities, leading many netizens to joke that another unexpected celebrity crossover was inevitable. As a result, many users sarcastically invented exaggerated titles similar to those that have previously been associated with the actress, with one viral comment reading, “First Indian woman to talk to Tom Hiddleston in a yellow dress.”
Another aspect that fascinated viewers was Tom Hiddleston’s body language during the interaction. Fans praised the British actor’s trademark politeness, with several observers humorously suggesting that he maintained a warm smile throughout the conversation despite appearing eager to continue on his way. Others noted how he concluded the interaction with a formal handshake, sparking even more playful commentary online.
The memes did not stop there. Some fans jokingly imagined that Urvashi was inviting Tom to appear in one of her future film projects, while others suggested that Loki had accidentally wandered into a Bollywood storyline.
Despite the humorous online chatter, the interaction itself appeared cordial and friendly. Neither celebrity has commented further on the viral response, but the brief meeting has become one of the most talked-about celebrity moments from Wimbledon 2026.
While the championship witnessed appearances from numerous global stars, including actors, athletes, and public figures, it was the unexpected meeting between Urvashi Rautela and Tom Hiddleston that captured the imagination of fans across social media, proving once again that even a few seconds of celebrity interaction can create a viral internet sensation.
