The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) has reportedly approved a big residential building on a prime sea-facing property in Bandra’s Chimbai region. The site is owned by Salman’s mother Salma Khan and now has an older building that will soon be replaced by this spectacular new construction.
The forthcoming property offers additional room and seclusion with a design that includes a bottom level, stilt parking, and six above storeys. It’s going to be a gorgeous, big house with far more space than the family’s present apartment, while keeping them near to the area they’ve called home for decades.
Security First
The decision comes two years after a disturbing episode in which a gunshot outside Galaxy Apartments was associated with a known gang. Salman’s security set-up has been considerably enhanced since then with many layers of protection surrounding his apartment and daily routine.
While Salman and his family have yet to make any public announcement about moving in immediately, many feel this new independent residence might provide greater security, more privacy and more room for his staff and security team to function peacefully.
