Bollywood actor Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, continues to grab headlines with her candid personality on Lock Upp: Sach Ya Saza Season 2. Known for speaking her mind, Sunita recently addressed long-standing rumours about Govinda’s alleged extra-marital affairs and shared how she has chosen peace of mind over dwelling on the past.

During a heartfelt conversation with fellow contestant Shreya Kalra inside the reality show’s house, Sunita was asked whether she still worries about rumours surrounding her husband’s alleged infidelity. Rather than reacting emotionally, she offered a practical and straightforward response.

“Can you stop anyone? Should I sit in front of him 24 hours a day? The other person will also get irritated. I simply don’t think about it,” she said, making it clear that she no longer lets speculation affect her daily life. When Shreya reminded her of earlier interviews in which she had hinted at feeling hurt in her marriage, Sunita admitted that she has accepted the situation instead of constantly revisiting it.

She explained that worrying about old issues would only affect her health. “If it happened, what can I do now? It has been there since the beginning, right? He is a hero, so you can’t say anything. At this age, if I keep thinking about these things, my diabetes will only increase. Let things continue the way they are,” she said.

Her comments quickly went viral, with many viewers appreciating her honest approach to discussing a topic that has surrounded the couple for years. Sunita also spoke about her current living arrangement with Govinda, revealing that they mostly stay in separate houses. However, she clarified that the decision has nothing to do with marital problems. According to Sunita, Govinda’s home is always filled with visitors, industry friends, and well-wishers, while she prefers a quieter environment.

“We have two houses. Many people come to meet him at his house. I want privacy in mine. I live for my children,” she shared.

This isn’t the first time Sunita has made headlines on the show. During the premiere episode, she created a buzz with another surprising statement when she said she would rather have “a son like Govinda than a husband like him.”

Explaining the remark, she said that love requires patience and sacrifice. She acknowledged that film stars often become the subject of relationship rumours and added that after standing by Govinda for so many years, she believes she deserves a son with his positive qualities rather than a husband who comes with constant public scrutiny.

Sunita also joked about the widely discussed incident in which Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg with his licensed revolver. With her trademark humour, she remarked that “a bullet only hits someone’s knees when a third party enters someone’s life,” before clarifying that she was away at the Khatu Shyam temple during the incident and had nothing to do with the rumours that followed.

Sunita Ahuja’s frank remarks have divided social media users. While some believe she is being unusually blunt about her marriage, many others have praised her honesty, saying she refuses to project a picture-perfect celebrity relationship. Her candid conversations continue to be among the biggest talking points of Lock Upp: Sach Ya Saza Season 2.
